Big Block Are Fun

I was deating for the last 6 weeks if I should get Caroline these really cook big blocks that they can climb on and make things with. It was a great idea. They play with the all the time. I have tought Anna how to make a slide by the cough and she will slide her friends down it and I can slide to and not break them either. Their really nice and sturdy. Caroline loves to stand right on top of them and folow her sis whereever she goes. It has been so much fun. Now I just say a whole new set that goes along with it with different blocks thta I might get her for her birthday. There really fun and mom has just as much fun.

A Snowy Day

Today we had a snow finally. Last time it snowed I did not take the kids out because it was bitter cold. It wasn't that bad so I bundled them up and took them outside. Anna was so exicted. She did nt want to leave. Caroline did not know what to think. She walked in the snow for a second and the she fell and cut her little check so we had to go in. Anna loved to throw a snow ball at me and walk around in it. I'm glad we went out becuase it all melted in like a hour after we played in it.

Little Rein Deer

At kitty grammy house she has their Rein Deer head bands and we put them on the girls to get their picture. Caroline would not keep it on and kept taking it off and Anna kept her on. They took turns riding the little horsey and smiling. It was so precious.

Christmas Day

For Christmas we always read the Jesus story first. Then we open our gifts. The girls had a blast. Caroline got these huge blocks, a piggy bank you put fake money in, a cash register, puzles, books and others. Anna got a ditigal kid camera, books, a leap frog computer, puzzles kitty grammy made her, tons of games, a doctor set to take care of minnie mouse and others. Tim gave me a grill to use in the kichen and a Rachey Ray cookbook and a gifr card for scrapbooking. I gave Tim a scale, the wizzard dvd and a waffle maker. Then we went over to puppy grammy's and had a nice lunch and played a fun train game and opened a few more gifts. After that we went to Kitty grammy house and had a nice dinner and did it all over again. We all had fun and now it's good to be home for a few days to rest. I asked Anna what is the meaning of Christmas and she said to see baby Moseses born she got confused and meant baby Jesus. It was cute.

Family

We wnet over to Tim's other family house to see some family and had some snacks and we talked to Mary for awhile. Caroline did so good with her pic but Anna was unsure but we got the pic. Then we took a nice family pic. It was nice to see everyone again.

Christmas Eve

For Christmas Eve we all went to church and we got their very early. The girls did really well. Anna kept dancing to the music and twirling her dress and Caroline just sat and listened. Care also kept trying to eat the candle and Anna did a good job holding the candle. After the service we went over to kitty grammy's house and ate and then went home. We never read the Night before Christmas story because they fell asleep. I always take the Christmas eve pic before they turned out so cute. We all had a blast.

Christmas Cookies

One of our family traditions is to make Christmas cookies every Christmas. This year I had a rolling pin instead of using a baby bottle to ro the dough. Anna helped me pour all the indegriennts in and we got the dough all ready and then it was time to make them. Anna loved to smash it up. The dough was really hard because we kept it in the refridge for like 2 days because everyone has been sick at our house and so we had to really smash it and make it warm. Anna loved to make the Christmas trees the best. Caroline also tried to press hard to get a cookie made. I think she had more fun decorating. Caroline would get the spoon and the icing would go all over the place. Because you let kids do what they want to do in certain things so they learn. If you help them it's not as fun. So the icing went everyhwere but it was so cute how she tried so hard. Anna made about 6 and then she say's mommy I'm to tired of making cookies so Tim and I finshed the others. It was a fun time though.

Neighborhood Party

Last weekend we had out Neighborhoos Christmas party. The girls we excited. It was a little cod but we all bundled in out coats. Caroline loved to jump in the jumping pit. I was in their with her and I would lightly jump and she would fall down and smile and laugh. Anna didn't really care for it, she mostly loved the indoor slide and went up and down on it so many times and would laugh. She did not want to leave. They had a tent with food and popcorn in it and the kids each did a tree ordment. Anna a snowman and Care a Santa. Whiel daddy was watching Anna on the slide Care and I made a smore and I gave it to her and she did not like it and she made a face. The kids did not want to leave but it was getting colder then we all waked back home to a warm house.

DECORATING THE TREE

Today we decorated the tree. Anna was so excited and Caroline just took the ordments out of the box. Anna said Minnie we are going to decorate the tree and she even got her Minnie and had to put on a ordment. It was so cute. Caroline asl did one and Anna wanted to put more on when we were done. It's always a time I will treaure to decorate the tree. We always have a fun time doing this.

THE CHILDREN'S MUSEUM

We went to the Children's Museum and had a blast. Anna has been their before but not Caroline. The girls loved being in the old fashion car. The both rode the aitplane but we did not let it ride for Care. Anna loved it and wanted it to go higher. The girls also painted a picture and Caroline make dots while Anna's really concentrated on hers. The girls favorite place was the bubble. Where you can stand in a circle and pull the rope and have a huge bubble all around your body. Anna loved to pop them with daddy. Caroline loved to play in the water. Anna aslo got a kick out of making shadows. And the huge mirrors where you stand by them and you see your different reflections Anna loved it and was laughing alot and so was Care. We also went outside to this castle maze and Anna had a blast. I would run off and she would try to find me and then we hide for daddy and kept moving it was so much fun. They also had a store to play in and the girls loved pushing the carts and getting almost all the food and dad played cashier and Anna kept throwing the food. It was pretty funny. We all had a blast and then we headed back home.
